You have memories, beliefs & emotions in your mind, body & soul

That has created your reality

And 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 better than me, just what those beliefs & emotions are

You 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 your experience better than me

You 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 what you went through

All I do is offer a space for you to unpack what you went through & help you put the pieces back together

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧

I like to think of myself as someone who gets mucky with you, when you're stuck in the mud

I'm going to be going elbow-deep in the mud, helping you get out

Sometimes I might demonstrate my version of power & what I experienced when I was stuck in the mud

But it's always so you can draw inspiration & figure out your power

Reminding you, that you'll be holding your beautiful baby, when the pain is over

We have 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 selling you something that they haven't fully grasped

We have 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 using a cookie-cutter approach to mental health

We have 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 imposing their ideologies on to their audiences

From a place of 𝙚𝙜𝙤, like they 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 & you 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 them to elevate to the next level

To be honest you 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚…

…You just need to go within, ask yourself the right questions & follow your intuition

Your soul's purpose is to experience unconditional love in all forms

Connecting with other humans is one way
Looking after animals is another way
Watching the moon is another
Eating your fave food is another

There are millions of ways for you to experience unconditional love
