As a child, rejection feels like 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡

So your coping mechanism became perfectionism

You tried to be the most perfect girl

When you're feeling tense, you block all flows of abundance

When a woman orgasms she releases a powerful energy

Those pure desires have been given to you by God, so you can 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟

You were never meant to feel bad, for being 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞

𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 

Try this exercise to release the shame in your womb

Close your eyes

Draw your attention to your womb

Imagine you can see it

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞?  

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞?

Allow whatever emotions come up

If you feel numb, remind yourself that you're 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲

Then repeat “𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲, 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞”

Until you feel a release

Reconnect with your womb
